1General Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Zeet (www.zeet.click) and all its services. Zeet is an online Sports Betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.
These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.
- By using Zeet's services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- You are participating in betting activities of your own free will and independent choice.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country.
- Zeet reserves the right to suspend or discontinue its services at any time and for any reason.
2Account Registration & Verification
To register an account with Zeet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.
- Age Verification: Your date of birth must be entered correctly at registration. Zeet may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.
- One Account Policy: Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
- Password Security: Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
- KYC Verification: For withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more, a copy of your National ID or passport must be submitted.
Please Note: Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party. Selling or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Zeet supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
- Processing Time: Typically completed within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 2–4 hours.
- Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Anti-Money Laundering: If suspicious transactions are detected, Zeet reserves the right to investigate and temporarily freeze the funds.
- Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.
Zeet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
4Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Zeet:
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds in place at the time the bet was placed. Any subsequent changes to the odds will have no effect.
- Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Maximum Win Limit: Maximum win limits apply to each betting category. Full details are available on the betting page.
- Live Betting: Connection issues during live betting may cause delays in bet acceptance. Delayed bets may not be accepted.
- Suspicious Bets: If a bet is suspected to involve match fixing or appears abnormal, Zeet may investigate and place the payment on hold.
Technical Issues: If abnormal odds or betting advantages arise due to a technical error, Zeet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
5Bonus & Promotion Terms
Zeet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed in the offer description.
- Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 10–30x).
- Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- One Offer Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus Abuse: Any misuse of the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
- Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. It cannot be claimed a second time.
6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeet. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
- Bonus arbitrage or any form of system exploitation.
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
- Threatening or harassing other members.
- Attempting to hack Zeet's systems.
7Account Closure & Suspension
Zeet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to submit valid documents during KYC verification.
- If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
- At the member's own request.
To voluntarily close your account, please contact us at support@zeet.click. Make sure to withdraw all valid balance before closure.
8Privacy & Data Protection
Zeet is committed to protecting your personal data. We will never sell your information to third parties.

9Limitation of Liability
Zeet is not liable for the following:
- Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Financial losses resulting from your own decisions.
- Delays or issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Service disruptions due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
Zeet always strives to maintain maximum uptime, but a 100% uptime guarantee is not possible.
10Dispute Resolution
For any dispute, please contact Zeet's support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

- Step Two: If you remain unsatisfied, you may file a formal complaint with our Dispute Resolution department.
- Step Three: If necessary, disputes may be resolved through neutral third-party arbitration.
Zeet's decision is final in all dispute resolutions, unless overturned through arbitration.
11Responsible Betting
